Ella Lukasiewicz
Co-President
Ella is a fourth-year Computer Science student specializing in AI with a minor in Neuroscience. She is passionate about the intersection of AI, medicine, and cognition. Outside of academics, she enjoys squash, spinning classes, and playing the piano!
Anto Catanzaro
Co-President
Anto is a third-year student double majoring in Neuroscience and Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence, and is particularly interested in machine learning as applied to brain-computer interfaces. In their free time, Anto enjoys fencing, skiing, and hosting dinner parties.
Mira Alanzarouti

Mira is a third-year Computer Science student passionate about exploring the limits of language models and finding creative ways to apply them in fields that haven't traditionally used AI.
Lia Erisson

Lia is a third year computer science and economics student interested in how machine learning can be used to better understand markets and decision-making. Outside of academics, she loves writing, exploring cafés, spending time with friends, and a good set of logic puzzles.
Jasmine Tang

Jasmine is a third year student majoring in computer science and minoring in cognitive science. She is particularly interested in the intersection of technology and human creativity and cognition. Outside academics she enjoys film, art and music.

Eve is in her final year pursuing a Computer Science and Math degree, researching the convergence and/or divergence of language models and humans in language prediction. Beyond academics, she loves matcha, Rummikub, and killer Sudoku!
Akhila Raj

Akhila is a third-year Computer Science student specializing in Artificial Intelligence, with a minor in Neuroscience. Passionate about the intersection of technology and human cognition, she serves in student leadership roles, competes in McGill's Tier 1 Intramural Volleyball League, and enjoys padel, travel, and meeting new people.

Lucas is a final year student majoring in Data Science with a minor in Mathematics. He is particularly interested in applying advanced mathematics concepts such as analysis and linear algebra to understand the theoretical foundations of machine learning models.
Airlie Cassidy

Airlie is in her final year pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Music Technology. She is focusing on the applications of machine learning in earth and biological systems, specifically bioacoustics. Outside of school, she loves skiing, making music and sailing!
Alexandre Danon

Alexandre is a final-year student majoring in Data Science. He is particularly interested in the application of machine learning and data science to space exploration. Beyond academics, he enjoys playing chess and the piano.
Claire O'Leary

Claire is in her final year pursuing major concentrations in software engineering and economics. She is interested in applications of AI in finance and exploring the intersection of data science and markets. Her favourite activities include skiing and surfing.

Satine is a second year CS & math student with an interest in how things work behind the scenes in AI and the complexity happening underneath. Outside academics, she loves playing guitar, tennis (or any kind of sports) and loves to travel and discover new places.

Lou is third year student majoring in Political Science with Double Minors in Anthropology and Sociology. She is passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence, society, and public policy

Julien is a fourth year Data Science student. He loves solving real-world problems using data, ML, coding and modelization. He is passionate about connecting with people and going out of his comfort zone to learn new ideas, tools and concepts.

Ramatoulaye is a fourth-year Computer Engineering student minoring in Applied AI, interestd in AI applications in medicine and the ethical implications of AI's growing role in various fields. She enjoys video games, superheroes, and anime.

Sam is a third year CS & Math student with a minor in philosophy. He enjoys working on projects that apply and exploit CS and AI, often related to his hobbies. On the side, you'll likely find Sam nerding out over fashion, playing video games, or lifting.
Benjamin Ghaderi
Academic Lecturer
Benjamin is a third year Honours CS student who's interested in how things work under the hood. He's currently interning at a hedge fund as a RSWE to productionize research code and will be doing research on Compiler Optimization in the fall.
Pierre Demerjian
Academic Lecturer
Pierre is a fourth year CS major with a Neuroscience minor interested in applied AI such as LLMs in SWE, computer vision, robotics and is deeply concerned with AI ethics. He follows modern neurotech research closely and keeps a foot in entrepreneurship. Outside of that he lifts, reads, plays the guitar and travels any chance he gets.
Nael Merzouki

Nael is a second year majoring in Hon. Statistics & Computer Science. He is passionate about research in computer vision and robotics. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, badminton, and practicing calisthenics.

Julian is a fourth year majoring in Software Engineering with a minor in Statistics. He is particularly interested in the combination of AI, logisitcs and economics.
